A recognisable name in the industry, my client is a clothing supplier that has a strong customer base, consisting of high street retailers. The trend led company is currently looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager who is passionate about product to join their team and really push and drive the business forward.

The Role:

  • Responsible for the price negotiation and delivery terms, ensuring the desired margins and targets are achieved
  • Identify areas of growth for the business and really drive it forward by generating new ideas and maximizing on repeat business and sales
  • Prepares for Monday sales meetings, shares relevant feedback to the team
  • Monitors in store performance and reacts to sales/customer feedback also monitors FR, ensuring that it is updated, and the critical path met
  • You will be reporting in to the Head of Sales

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong commercial eye and the ability to foresee potential opportunities and use them to grow the business
  • Excellent negotiation skills, a decisive character and the command to implement new ideas quickly and efficiently
  • Someone who has previous experience training, leading and coaching a team
  • Managing margin and contribution efficiently

What you will get in return:
