Marc Jacobs Beauty Goes Exclusive

Marc Jacobs Beauty has chosen Harvey Nichols as its exclusive UK and Ireland distributor from October, 2018. The deal will see the retailer become the sole distributor of Marc Jacobs Beauty products across its eight UK and Ireland stores and

Jennifer Lucchese, VP and general manager of the brand said in an interview that the UK sat as one of the biggest growth opportunities and generates an estimated $200 million in sales worldwide. “The loyalty of clients supporting the Marc Jacobs Beauty brand in the U.K. is exceptional. It is our ongoing goal to serve these clients, continuing to work with the best partners in beauty retail, and to introduce new beauty customers to our brand.”

The popular department store has recently invested heavy money into reenergising their ground-floor beauty hall and added an open-plan blow-dry and treatment space. They also became the exclusive UK platform for Fenty Beauty, attracting an enormous crowd of young women; the exact target Marc Jacobs is looking to interest. Lucchese added that Harvey Nichols’ understanding of the Marc Jacobs customer and their “commitment to service, fashion, trend and quality makes them the ideal partner”.

All Marc Jacobs beauty categories are part of the deal, which includes all face, eye, lip, nail and brush products which will be available in all locations from October 11.
